West Salem Machinery (WSM) has announced the appointments of Dan Garrett as director of WSM parts and service and Patrick Lorenz as vice president of sales.
Garrett has worked for WSM for more than 22 years and brings a vast amount of experience to this expanded role.
“We consistently hear from our customers how important quick response for parts and service is to them,” said Mark Lyman, president of West Salem. “We want to ensure that our commitment is well understood by the industry and have further invested in our Parts and Service Group by formally separating them from any new equipment responsibilities and adding personnel.”
Garrett said West Salem always has placed an emphasis on customer service.
“Now we have an additional push to ensure that our customers and even customers who may have other brands are being helped and serviced in an expeditious fashion,” he said.
Lorenz brings more than 21 years of experience in sales management, business development and enhancing relationships with business partners and customers. His experience in the industrial world is extensive and includes application and sales of a wide variety of rotating process equipment, including a previous stint with West Salem.
