More than six months after it roared through the area, Hurricane Irma is still having an effect on Southwest Florida.
A fire in debris collected from the late September storm at a North Fort Myers horticulture recycling business was still spewing smoke Sunday after firefighters and company workers managed to knock down and contain the flames.
